Surveillance station and ONVIF camera

Trying to get Surveillance station to recognize my IP camera. Camera supports ONVIF but not working.

Need to understand how to connect a generic IP camera that supports ONVIF.

I can get it to at least see the camera now BUT it says "Failed to Load Camera Capabilities values" when I click next when adding a camera and it does not add it...

When I go to add a camera, I put in the IP address, the port, the type of camera Generic ONVIF with user name and password.

When I press test it finishes but I see broken picture image and no video. When I click NEXT it provides above error code.

What am I missing???
