No LED is on no HDD is spinning just dead.
Any idea which could help or is the only way to ship it back?

New DS2411+ suddenly dead

Hi, I just got my new DS2411+ on Friday and I installed it yesterday. Over the night the box up an running doing the parity check on newly created volume. I also did create some users and directories and suddenly the box was dead.
No LED is on no HDD is spinning just dead.
Any idea which could help or is the only way to ship it back?

Unplug the box from mains, remove all HDDs, wait a few minutes then powered it up again (without disks).
Any sign of life?
