server connection interrupted DS411+II

Recently the mac mini has lost its connection to the DS411+II. It happens randomly, sometimes once an hour and sometimes up to 6 times. The connection is down for up to 3 or 4 minutes. During downtime the mac mini has no problem to ping the NAS.

Viewing logs via DSM (System information) gives me nothing, is there a way to extend the log? Or a different error log?

setup
Mac mini - Snow Leopard Mac OS X Version 10.6.8

Synology Disk Station DS411+II, DMS 3.2-1955
4 x Seagate Barracuda® Green 2TB SATA 6Gb/s, (SATA 3.0), 64MB Cache, 5900RPM, 3.5" (ST2000DL003)
- No compatibility problems according to Synology website.
- RAID 5
- No HDD Hibernation
- 10 min HDD Hibernation on external USB drives
- Wordpress and PhpMyAdmin enabled

Netgear Firewall FVS318v3
No wireless connection, everything is connect by ethernet cables

Random ping test during downtime

--- 10.10.90.2 ping statistics ---
3984 packets transmitted, 3984 packets received, 0.0% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 0.194/0.624/9.063/0.408 ms

Any suggestions?

After several fault diagnosis and double fault diagnosis, it seems to have been an IP conflict behind the problem. I have tried to ensure that all units have a unique IP. So far is working. Consider the problem is solved for the time being.
