My Mac showing up on DS

Postby hanuman108 » Fri Apr 06, 2012 7:07 pm

Greetings,

I just set up my 112j this week running DSM 4. and after getting iPhoto set up in a sparsebundled dmg, I am seeing that my entire iMac system is showing up in my File Station, as well as a couple of other folders that were added while I was stumbling.
Home
Homes

I don't know how this happened and am not finding a way to get them off the DS.

Thanks for your help.

Not too sure if you sorted this but I also had the same problem. To remove the Home/Homes folders go to control panel, click users and you'll see a button called User Home, uncheck this and then go to Control Panel again and click Shared Folder, choose the home folders and click delete.

Hope this helps.
