Cannot copy to local disks anymore

Postby rgelleko » Sun Aug 01, 2010 9:21 pm

I always used to copy files from my DS201j to my local disks, but since a couple of weeks I cannot anymore. Everytime I use File Manager, I get a red do not enter sign when I try to copy to my local disks. Copying to a different folder on my DS201j does work. And the donwload option as well. I cannot remember if I changed a setting and which one it was if I did so. Can anyone help me out?

Do you mean drag and drop from remote to local doesn't work? That's right this will be fixed in the next firmware release.
DS107 DSM 3.1-1636; 1x WD10EADS GP; IP-cameras Panasonic BL-C1 and BL-C101; APC Back-UPS ES 700; USB disk for data backup;
DS209 DSM 3.1-1594; 2x WD15EADS GP 1500.299.234.816 bytes SATA II 32 MB cache in RAID 1; American Power Conversion RS 800; two USB disks for data backup; Synology Remote and Creative SB Connect; Netgear GS105 Gigabit Ethernet Switch; aLaptop, iMac, uPC; a common modem/router/firewall; a dose of common sense ;)
