I can't "see" either of my DS's in >>windows explorer > network
but I can access them by entering \\nameofNAS in the address bar
all the other PC's within the WORKGROUP show up.
If i completely disable both sections of windows firewall,
>>Control Panel\System and Security\Windows Firewall\Customize Settings >>home or work & public<<
Then the DS's show up along with all the other pc's on the network
Both DS's have the correct WORKGROUP name
Anyone else have this problem and a fix, doesn't feel right running with windows firewall turned off
Otherwise its as though the NAS devices are hidden
