How do i install SugarCRM to my synology? Any cost involved?

I just had the same issue.
You have to install phpMyAdmin.
Go through the setup of phpmyadmin and create a new database called sugarcrm.
Then in the setup of sugar it will ask for the name of the DB (in this case sugarcrm).
Then as user type "root"
Password blank. Worked for me.

As danielo says, you need phpMyAdmin and MariaDB (for DSM 5). The SugarCRM provided as a package is a release candidate and is NOT upgradeable.
This is what you do to get around it until someone builds a proper package.
Download the installer for SugarCRM CE for your operating system onto your computer. Uncompress it as a file. Copy the sugarcrm folder onto your synology. The folder to replace is /web/sugarcrm. Now you should be able to launch an upgradeable copy of SugarCRM. Just continue to follow the directions.
