The problem I am having is accessing the SVN folder. I tried this line:

svn co svn://{server_ip}/test
Which gave me an error of "connection refused".
Do I need to throw the SVN folder into my homes folder for it to be accessible to the internet? Or does the SVN know where to look?
I am fairly new to server modifications so any help or insight will be greatly appreciated.
