Transmission and 2 download locations?

Hi. I have DS212j running Transmission 2.50 on DSM 4.0 (early build). I have only one 1TB drive inside. I want to add a 3TB WD Red drive and DON'T use RAID 0/1.

My question is: how will Transmission work with 2 drives? Can i select the download location every time for each torrent or not(Volume 1 or Volume 2)? Volume 1 is specified in the program settings as a download location.

No one have experience with this? I guess i will delay the purchase then.

I'm usually just downloading everything to one specific directory and then move it to final destination manually, but I can see that (on DSM 4.0) if while choosing the file to download you select 'Download to' option, you can save it any folder/share you have on your NAS.
