quota xmail

hey

i have installed up and running xmail

now i have a strange question can you set a quota on smtp send ,so you can send exampel 50 MB/hour or day .... and not more the rest comes in the spool for later
if you sent more then that xmail wait for the specific time and send the rest of the mail later
no qouta on user just on send
