May I request a shutdown option on a backup task?
I have two DS and scheduled network backup everyday. For backup destination DS I used schedule power on and off to minimize energy usage. But it is not efficiency since backup time sometimes longer or shorter. I think it is not difficult to add this feature on coming DSM release.

I also submitted a feature request regarding this. Simple but I believe a great option to have.
If you guys wouldn't mind, please also send a quick feature request for this. The more that are sent, the more likely they will implement it.

Indeed, this would be great to have... I am in the same situation trying to figure out how much time my backup tasks take and setting the power on/off schedule to match it.
