Many of the web servers built into Pan/Tilt/Zoom IP cams have the ability for the user to click on the image to make the camera move. It allows the user to click on a point of the image and the camera will center its shot on that point.

Please offer this capability, if not for all, then at least for the more popular Sony's and Panasonics.
