And another +1.

I already sent a feature request to the Synology Support but didn't really get an answer...

Maybe you guys should send a suggestion as well.

Btw, the chrome extension doesn't work for me either. :(

I'm trying to write some script now myself but it's pretty hard to get into the system...

I just updated the chrome extension to support DSM 4.2 / Audio Station 5.0:

Catch me on twitter (@dalager) with feedback.

Many thanks for updating this. Atleast someone, even if it's not the company who makes the product, is providing some kind last.fm in AudioStation. Really though, the lack of lastfm support and an actual FTP client (honestly?) are my two biggest beefs with my purchase.

I am not able to make it work.
I have installed the extension, but is not clear how to configure it. My NAS has IP 192.168.1.10 and server name is DS213, I use my NAS only inside my LAN.

In the extension option tab (under "Where is your Audio Station?") I have to put the IP of my unit or I have to set up something different?

Thanks

FIXED:
Ok, I made it work from LAN, I put the simple ip (mine is 192.168.1.10), no port, no HTTP/HTTPS and scrobbling, so far.
