Drive recommendation for a DS110j

Postby markmorgan » Tue Aug 24, 2010 12:29 pm

I have bought a DS110j and was about to buy a Western Digital 1.5TB drive as I've always been told Western Digital were good. But looking at the support on this site there seems to be many people with problems with the WD15EADS and WD20EADS and the WD15EARS and WD20EARS versions (although I'm not sure of te difference between the EADS and EARS).

Should I stick with the WD? Any other recommendations?

Thanks,
Mark.

I use WD's not bad drives, although the drive suffix can cause issues thats related to LCC ;)
