only default Domain users and groups are displayed

Hello,

i'm trying to setup a shared folder which could be accessed by specific domain users. Currently the only default domain users account are accessbile in diskstation browser mode control panel -> Domain privledges -> Domain users (power users, guests etc..) Also the users cannot access diskstation even if they were to be added to the default groups.

Is there any way in which to get all the users of the active directory. Is there any way to connect all users.


Diskstation : DS411j
Windows Server : SBS 2011

Sorry if i missed any basic steps. Quite new to this.
