Is and how can my DS get infected by trojans?

Hi,

i try to make the story short:
couple of weeks ago i did a fresh install of my DS 109+ with DSM4.
For testing purposes, i did install the Antivirus package, to see how it works and if it is usefull for our DSs at the office.
My infrastructure at home: a PS3 accessing the Mediaserver; 2 Macs accessing the shared folders via AFP. Nothing more.
The DS has no MySQL or Webservice running.

I was really surprised as test of the AV-Scan provided the following result:
9 infected files, all Windows trojans, residing in /volume1/@database/mysql/mysql/ path.
How in the world can these files get onto the DS and into this folder? I dont even have a Windows PC at home.
