Newbie guide for Wordpress?

OK, I ran the Wordpress package (I have DSM4 on my DS212j) and I have no clue what to do next. I've read some help guides online and they talk about mySQL and phpmyadmin and all this database stuff that I have zero clue about. Is there any easy tutorial somewhere? Thanks!
