How to recreate a deleted user

I installed a package that required a specific username but uninstalling that package the needed user was deleted too, now reinstalling the package I need to crete the user but I get the message: "The operation failed. Please log in to DSM again and retry. (246)" (I have a Synology 1511+ with DSM 4.0-2219). Can anyone help me?
