RS3411xs vs. RS3412xs?

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the RS3411xs (2011) and the RS3412xs (2012) version?

According to the website they have the same spec?! :?

I am looking to purchase a couple for work but I cannot see any advertised difference to last years model.
