I have Lion and 3.2.
My lion computer can no longer login to Diskstation. I get the login screen but it will not accept my login ID/Password. I have tried Admin and other accounts and have rebooted the NAS and Network and iMac.
I can still access Diskstation from my other computer on my home network that does not yet have Lion on it. (Going to hold off on that upgrade for a while - let me tell you). And I can still access everything I need from my iPhone too.
My lion computer can still see the shares and Time Machine is working fine. I just can't get diskstation to say my password is good on my lion computer, but it will accept it from my other/older Mac.
(i'm sure it entirely coincidental but I discovered today my ISP has changed my home IP address - can't imagine that would have anything to do with this.)

if you use safari, try another browser, am on safari 5.1 and it isn't ... 'stable'
try or Chrome or FF ..
am on Lion and I can get into my new ds211j (installed dsm 3.2ß) ... no problem, just that some actions refuse under Safari ... using FF and that goes pretty smooth.

Thank you for offering to help. I appreciate the suggestion.
I just tired Firefox and I still get the message "you are not authorized to log in to this disk station. Please contact Admin..."
really strange I can log in from one computer and not another.

Working well from my iPad.
Diskstation has a really nice format on the iPad. Didn't realize that until now.
I'm using a 'beta' of 1Password that changed all up for Lion. I'm suspecting that somehow. But I have turned off the extension in Safari and it still won't log on. Guess I turn it off on firefox and see if that works. Might download chrome too while I'm at it.

Ok, here's a real big clue about my issue.
When I unplugged my computer from the router, and then turned on wireless, i am now able to log into disk station.
Diskstation must be blocking my Lion computer's ip 192.168.1.2
but allows me via wireless, I guess that is why my other two wireless computers work too.
Guess I need to poke around in disk station to figure out why that ip is being blocked.

Ok, I got it working.
I forced my IP address to change on my Lion Computer. For some reason when it is 192.168.1.2 it will not be allowed into diskstation.
when I change the IP to 192.168.1.22 it now allows me to log in.
I can't see where or why 192.168.1.2 would be blocked....
So, there went another sunday morning.
Thanks for the help.
