Webdav error 400

Hi

im trying to use DS File i have used the EZ setup on my diskstation set up a synology.me ddns. When i try to log on from outside my wifi network (ie using 3G) i get a WebDAV error 400. How to fix?
Also am I right in assuming that i use the email address and password i gave when setting up the synology.me ddns?

I have tried using a user name and passwords that I set up on the diskstation and they dont work either.
(I also checked to make sure webdav was enabled for those users too.)

Hi Bruno,

Take a look and make sure you have your home/business firewall port forwarding port 5005 to your NAS drive. Once that is set, in the DS File app, I had to, under server, type: myname.synology.me:5005 and then type in the username and password and I was great to go. This is coming from a new user too (1 day). :)
