Application permissiosn for Domain Users

I've joined my DiskStation (running DSM 4.0) to a domain. The domain users show up in the "Application Privilages" settigns applet, but I can't seem to grant domain users the rights to use the OpenVPN VPN server installed on the DiskStation. What's up?

I think this has not been implemented to set up for domain users...
