Disable WebDAV for admin user?

I'm wanting to set up my DS to have restricted access to WebDAV. I want only 1 user account to have access to WebDAV, which i will set up as read-only for all shares.

To go with this, I want to prevent any other user from using WebDAV. I've set up all the other users this way, however I can't find a way to do this for the admin user.

Is there any way to do this for the admin account too (even if I need to SSH in and do some under the hood work)?

Well I e-mailed Synology support but had no luck there. They don't provide any support outside of the official DSM UI. So... anyone have any ideas?
