Can't get WebDav working.

I just upgraded to firmware to DSM 3.0-1354 on my DS 207+. But no matter what I do I cannot get WebDav to work. I rebooted twice.

I followed the instructions in the online help and they did not work. No matter what I try to access DSM tells me I don't have permissions.... here's what I did.

I enabled WebDav checkbox, set port to default 5005. And I'm forwarding port 5005 on my router to 5005 on my DS207+

Following the online instructions, I used by browser, logged in as admin and I get the following error.
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Apache/2.2.16 (Unix) DAV/2 Server at xxxx Port 5005

So I try following the online instructions for setting up Vista from within my network (router is not in the loop)
Right clicked my computer and selected map network drive. Clicked connect to web site, put in http://myds207:5005/ and I get error that says "the folder you entered does not appear to be valid. Please choose another"

The webclient service is running.

Hi,
Check the syno's firewall settings. Webdav protocol may not be ticked. (happened to me)

And think about upgrading your DSM to DSM 3.1-1613, it fixed a bug with MS Office for me.
