Bugs in DSM3 - 1337

Hello, I own a Synology DS209 since 1year and no problem before last days.
Since I upgrade to DSM3 - 1337 when I want to login, after enter my log an password I get an failure message "Echec de l'opération" in french. I refresh the page and then I see the dashboard so that's just a little bug but it's a bug.
Worse, I CANNOT acces to the NAS using windows explorer, in network or with shorcut I create before updating (wich works fine before) that's very very annoying, I can't see movies or listen music in streaming, I can't use windows backup, I have to use file browser of the DSM 3 in my web browser wich is not as practical as windows explorer.

I miss a set-up ? Am-I alone with the 2de bug ? Is there a patch to correct that ?
