it happened twice. DSM login page was loaded normally, but after submitting username (admin) and password only "Login failed" was shown. Synology assistant (on Mac) couldn't find my DS-207 (DSM 3.0-1337). Pressing the power button didn't help. Power LED blinking but nothing after that. Only unplugging and re-plug helps.

what I also notice is, hibernation is no longer working. syno_hibernate_debug_tool is currently enabled. I'll post the debug messages later.
