Diskstation DS2411+ with 2 volumes. Can I backup one volume to the other? If so, what is the setup?

How can one set a incremental backup which is a local backup?
In the Local Backup there is an option described as: Reserve the backed up files at the destination. What does this mean?

This means that files on the destination will be kept even if you delete them on the source.
