DS1010+ (DSM 4.0) crashes with iSCSI

Hi, just upgrade DSM 4.0, however the windows 2003 server cannot find the iscsi drive but in dsm it says connected. Not sure what is wrong. The NAS even cannot reboot normally. Please advise.
