Installing SSL certificates (DS212j)

Postby arktouros » Sun Jun 24, 2012 4:09 am

I have PositiveSSL certs: AddTrustExternalCARoot.crt, PositiveSSLCA2.crt, arktouros_us.crt.

I have no idea what to do, and cannot find any guidance as to install these correctly. When I try to "import certificate", the error "The certificate is not trusted because no issuer chain was provided. The certificate is not valid for any server names. (Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)" comes up in the browser.

hello
you can create an intermediate cert with the commande :
cat PositiveSSL.crt AddTrustExternalRoot.crt > server-ca.crt
(connect in root with the putty)

the principal certificate is :
arktouros_us.crt
