I tried to send a support form, but everytime I enter the Serial (mod note: serial no removed) as written on the bottom of my DS106, i am unable to submit the form because "serialnumber invalid".... so I end up here and hope to be in the right place and get help.
The cooling fan in my DS106 is terrible loud and I realy need a replacement. I contacted the vendor and as far as I know general Importeur of Switzerland (Brack) they can't or don't want to help me... I would be realy happy if some Synology Person could get in touch whit me and let me know how I best can get that fan.
