Synology Download Station Stays at 0KB/s (DSM 2.1&DSM 2.2)

Hello fellow Synologers,

I was on DSM 2.1-0844 and just upgraded to Bets DSM 2.2-0914.
After the upgrade my download task are always ZERO Kbps. I tried to pause and start but it didn't help.

When I ps -ef | grep download I get:

4751 admin 4212 S postgres: admin download [local] idle
4754 admin 3736 S postgres: admin download [local] idle

when I kill the process it starts again, but still the download speed is ZERO.
I went to my laptop and tried to download with VUZE and it worked (just to eliminate network factor).

I tried to start and start and it didn't help:
/usr/syno/etc/rc.d/S25download.sh stop

CubeStation> Stopping scheduler ...
vm.min_free_kbytes = 4096

[1] + Done ./S25download.sh stop


CubeStation> ./S25download.sh start &
CubeStation> ?column?

Update download queue table and set all pid to -1
UPDATE 2
Update upload_rate in download_queue table to test upload_rate
UPDATE 0
Update seeders in download_queue table to test seeders/leechers
UPDATE 0
set torrent task_flags in download_queue
UPDATE 0
Check current amule version...
No need to upgrade amule.conf...
UPDATE 0
Starting Download Station scheduler daemon ...
vm.min_free_kbytes = 8192

[1] + Done ./S25download.sh start

When I checked today, I had some task giving error as status and I downloaded those and all task where ZERO.

Any ideas

Where do I check the server/kad list.

The problem is I'm not getting any seeds it's now always ZERO.

Server/kad is under emule which is disabled since I do not use it.
For some reason I'm having Peers = 50, and connected peers = 50
but the download speed and nothing is downloading.

I try on the same on my laptop (the same torrent it downloads fine)...
it is as if something is blocking.
I have done a change lately for jumbo frames to 8000 but not put it back to 1500 but it didn't really help.

I'm a bit baffled as the torrent seems to connection but does not download. Not sure where to look
Any idea?

I deleted (to my dismay) all the torrents that I had and tried again and it is downloading now.
Not sure what was happening, it was quite strange.

I have the same problems with my DS207+ after upgrading to beta. Try to pause and resume torrent downloading, it'll help.
