Sabnzb not responding

Hi
I have installed mertys sabnzb package and been using it for sometime with out any problems.
suddenly its not responding in the disk station manager cannot start or uninstall it, is there a way to do this from telnet..
Hope i can get some help

Just a stupid question, have you rebooted your NAS?
