DS411J and WD10EADS drives

Hi,

I am a new user of a DS411j NAS and have two 1TB WD10EADS-00L5B1 drives from a WD world Book II. According to the compatibility list they should work. My question is with the two new recently purchased 1TB WD10EADS-22M2B0 work? They are all 'green",32mb cache SATA drives but are they compatible and if so what do I have to do to make them work? Iam an old engineer from the days of nixi lights and punch cards and this is all a bit overwhelming. Any help is greatly appreciated.
