Why not give a little more detail??

What is the purpose of the NAS in your environment?
What kind of usage do you expect?
What kind of environment is it going to be in?
How warm is the environment?
Why does it need to be quiet?
How much are you looking to spend per drive?
How long do you want the setup to last?
When do you plan to upgrade (if ever)?

What you basically did is this:

I have a Shelby Mustang tell me what kind of tires I should get on it.

Do you live where it rains and snows?
Are you planning on racing it? Track, Drag, Dirt?
How long do you want the tires to last?
Are you going to be doing "trick" driving such as power slides?

Hopefully you see my point.

I can recommend the Samsung HD204UI. I use this disk in one DS211 and in my DS1511+ since a few month without any trouble. They are very quiet also.
Got this tip from my retailer who uses this kind of disks in a lot of synologys he sells. He says until now he had no trouble with this HDDs.

I strongly suggest Seagate ST2000VX002.
It's quite well and design for 24*7 whole time running,

Yes, absolutely enterprise level drives like the ST2000VX002 or the WD RE drives are much better for a NAS application however they are twice as much or more as non-enterprise drives. That price made them prohibitive for me when buying 6 of them at once. And yes the Seagate ST2000DL003 are only 5900rpm but many on this forum and on smallnetbuilder.com have tested them and say they almost reach the performance of a 7200rpm drive at a substantial savings of heat & power. They are also extremely quiet.

You're going to get an answer for every brand. :) I don't think there's a clear cut winner. I'm using the Samsungs myself, and it's a mixed bag. I would say they're quiet when running, though they make a goofy noise at spin-up, which if yours is running full time it won't matter. If you're gonna hibernate it, then it might slightly matter to you. Also Sammys seem to be a little slower to spin up, not a back breaker, but a little meh sometimes. Again if you're not hibernating, then it's not an issue.

I might try a Seagate if I were to add a 2nd enclosure, a friend of mine is using them in his 1511 and says they're quiet, but I'm just kinda gunshy when it comes to Seagates and them being noisier than I like.
