I have a ds211j and was wondering if there are any on board packages that can be installed to do conversions in the NAS. I currently download everything to a desktop, mass convert and then upload to the server. A one stop shop would be great.

Especially on a low-CPU j-series model, I don't think there is much hope for such intensively computation task as MP4 conversion.
