warranty for Synology products

Hi,

does Synology provide international warranty, or only local? if i buy the product in taiwan and bring to singapore, will the warranty be valid? can i go through the local dealer for any product or RMA issues? thanks

Sorry for the late reply; however we will always provide support where ever you take the product, (ie, Taiwan to Singapore; Germany to the USA) the warranty is still valid. Any RMAs with regards to our products must be handled with the original reseller of the product, if you have any questions with the RMA process or having difficulty with your local reseller, you are more then welcomed to contact our online support team for further support.
