Download Station not working properly

I can use the program Alt.Binz to download NZBs on my computer, but as soon as I try to download the same NZB using Download Station, it just locks and will not do anything. It's been working properly for the past year, and now all of the sudden, I can't get the thing to work right.

Can anyone help me out with this issue. I put in a ticket and they still haven't resolved the problem. This was the best feature of the diskstation, now I'm simply left with a box that stores files, I need functionality.
