DownloadStation user permissions

Hello,

I'm setting up a just received a DS212: so far it seems great, thank you.

I've installed the DownloadStation app as "admin" user. The default download directory is set to "download": a shared folder I've created. My idea is that other users will have to use the service: let's say user piro.

Currently piro cannot use the DownloadStation: the icon is missing from the main menu. I've also enabled direct access to the app (control panel -> application portal -> download station enabled on port 8001 https): trying to access to port 8001 as piro, the error "You are not authorized to use this service" is displayed.

I've read somewhere that the destination directory must be writable for the user to use the service. piro has write permission on "download" though (verified using the FileStation) but this didn't help.

How do I enable users to use the DownloadStation? Thank you!
