Download Station - full HDD when there is 900+ GB space?

When downloading via Download Station to an external HDD connected to my DS210+, my downloads stop and I get the message, that there is no space on the chosen HDD. However, there is more than 900 GB, and I have no problems copying files to the HHD --- but for some reasons I cannot download to it via Download Station.

I have tryed to reboot my NAS, pc and modem as well as remove and add the HDD (so it is accesable via my pc), but this does not solve the probolem.

I have also added another external HDD, formatet it, so it is totally empty, however, in regard to this HDD I also get the message, that the disc is full...

Also I should add that I used to work without any problems...

Any suggestions?

It is probably not talking about the destination disk but the internal volume, where the temporary download folder is (in general it is /volume1/@download). The files are always first downloaded to the temp. folder and at the end moved to the destination folder.

Thanks for answering. If I look a the folder "Downloads" (actually U:\Downloads, where U is my external HDD), then this folder is empty....

Jsut go to the Storage manager and check the remaining space on volume1, that will do.

After deleting some files on my NAS/Volume 1 (and not the external HDD, which wrongfully was categorized as "full disc"), it started fownloading again.
