Download Station / Application Portal

Every couple of days the shortcut for Download Station simply vanishes.

Couple of users connect to DS directly via NAS-IP/DownloadStation URL. I have to set this manually each time I notice it disappeared.

Does anybody else have this problem?

I've tried numerous times to install Download Station for my DS412+, but I can never get it to show up in the start menu. Any other app I install shows up in the start menu immediately; VPN Server, Audio Station, etc. In the package center it shows up as "Running" under the installed tab. Any ideas?

I have never seen my Download station shortcut, even after install. Anybody else having this problem?

*Update: I figured it out, if you have multiple user accounts you have to enable that account to access the download station or you will never see it. Just search around and enable it, all will work then.
