Download Station not working after upgrade

I have a DS212J.

After upgrading firmware to 4.0-2198 download station starts up as normal, i can search for torrents but when i add the torrents they do not get added. i.e. they are not in the active, all downloads, downloading, completed, inactive menus.


How can i fix this.
